Ingredients
2x 420 g cans red kidney beans
⅓ cup flour
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
2 tsp salt
425 g can tomatoes
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 kg steak, cut in thin strips
2 tsp chilli powder
2 large onions, chopped
2 cups water
2 cups beef stock
Directions
Follow instructions on can for the beans. Toss steak in flour mixed with SIDS CRAZY SALT, salt and chilli powder. For hotter, add cayenne pepper. Place beef stock and all the ingredients in the crockpot, cover and cook on LOW for 8-9 hours.
