Ingredients
4 ears corn, peeled
1 lime, juiced
1 tsp lime zest
2 tbsp butter, soft
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
1 tsp chilli powder
Directions
Preheat the grill to medium-high. In a small bowl, mix together the lime juice, lime zest, SIDS CRAZY SALT, butter and chilli powder. Using a spoon and your hands, spread the butter mixture evenly over the 4 ears of corn. Wrap the corn individually in aluminium foil. Grill 20 minutes, turning frequently. Serve hot.
