Ingredients

2x 830 g cans tomato sauce
2x 830 cans peeled & diced tomatoes
2 cups diced onion
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
500 g bacon, diced
1 kg spicy sausage
2 kg beef mince
1 bottle SIDS SMOKEY GARLIC SAUCE
½ cup chilli powder, or less
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
4 (430 g) cans kidney beans, undrained
2 (28 g) squares chocolate, chopped

Directions

In a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat, combine tomato sauce, tomatoes, onion and Italian seasoning.
In a large frypan over medium heat, cook bacon until slightly crisp. Stir into the pot.
In the same pan over medium heat, cook sausage until brown. Stir into the pot.
Stir the SIDS SMOKEY GARLIC SAUCE and chilli powder into the pot then taste and adjust seasonings with SIDS SALT & PEPPER. Stir in the kidney beans and chocolate and simmer until flavours are well blended. Serve.
