Ingredients
2 tbsp chilli sauce
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp brown sugar
½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
½ tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
1 beef top sirloin steak (500 g)
1 onion, halved & sliced
1 orange pepper, cut into strips
1 yellow pepper, cut into strips
2 tsp rice bran oil
1 small garlic clove, minced
¼ cup sour cream
1 tsp prepared horseradish
Directions
Combine the chilli sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, pepper flakes and ¼ teaspoon SIDS SALT & PEPPER then brush over steak. Grill steak 10-15 cm. from the heat for 10-14 minutes, turning every 15 seconds, until meat reaches desired doneness (medium/rare, a thermometer should read 57°C - medium, 60°C - medium/well, well - 63°C)
Meanwhile, in a large frypan, sauté onion and peppers in oil until tender. Add the garlic, SIDS SALT & PEPPER and cook 1 minute longer. In a small bowl, combine sour cream and horseradish. Slice steak and serve with pepper mixture and sauce.
