Ingredients

1 kg beef skirt steak, trimmed of fat
2 handfuls flat parsley
1 handfuls oregano
2 handfuls fresh mint
6 cloves garlic, peeled
1 tbsp chilli flakes
2 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
½ cup SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR

Directions

Blitz all ingredients including SIDS SALT & PEPPER and SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR in a food processor then drizzle in some rice bran oil until a slightly runny paste. Cut beef to fit the BBQ grill then pour marinade over beef (reserving some) and refrigerate overnight. Cook on BBQ to desired doneness. Cover with more marinade and serve.
