Ingredients
1 litre Tuimato Sauce
1 cup Hoisin Sauce
1 cup SIDS PLUM SAUCE
2 cups sugar
¼ tsp Five Spice Powder, ground
¼ tsp baking soda
Directions
Bring SIDS PLUM SAUCE and all the ingredients gently to the boil in a covered pot, stirring often. Simmer for half hour, covered, on very low heat, stirring often. Cool then bottle and keep in the fridge.
