Ingredients

½ cup hoisin sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1½ tbsp sesame oil
1½ tbsp SIDS LOW SUGAR RASPBERRY VINEGAR
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp grated peeled fresh ginger
1 tsp SIDS RINGS AROUND URANUS SAUCE
2 package chicken wingettes
Garnish: sesame seeds, sliced spring onion

Directions

Whisk all but chicken and garnish in a bowl, including SIDS LOW SUGAR RASPBERRY VINEGAR and SIDS RINGS AROUND URANUS SAUCE. Spoon 3 tbsp into a cup then cover and refrigerate. Use this as a finishing glaze.
Pour remaining mixture into a large zip-top bag and add chicken. Turn to coat pieces and refrigerate overnight.
Heat oven to 200°C. Line griller pan bottom with foil then coat griller pan rack with nonstick spray. Arrange wingettes on pan rack. Bake 40-45 minutes, turning chicken once, until tender.
Heat griller. Brush wings with finishing glaze. Grill 15 cm from heat source until crispy and glazed, about 4 minutes. Transfer to a platter. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and spring onion.
