Ingredients
15 large fresh mushrooms
250 g ground pork
¼ slice chung choi, rinsed & chopped
1 tbsp light soy sauce
3 tbsp fine chopped canned water chestnuts
¼ tsp white sugar
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
Directions
Remove stems from mushrooms. Wipe caps clean with a dry towel. Chop mushroom stems finely.
In a bowl, combine the pork, mushroom stems, turnip, soy sauce, SIDS CRAZY SALT, water chestnuts and sugar until thoroughly mixed. Spoon stuffing tightly into mushroom caps. Arrange in a steamer basket, stuffing side up, over boiling water. Cover and cook for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
