Ingredients

6 medium potatoes
6 skewers
SIDS SALT & PEPPER
Spray of rice bran oil

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 220°C. Wash potatoes then dry. Push skewer lengthways through the potato to protrude about 2 cm.
Using a sharp knife on an angle, slice the end of the potato to the skewer. Leaving the knife against the skewer, rotate the potato until it is sliced in a spiral right to the other end. (watch your fingers) Gently pull the rings down the skewer to separate them evenly. Repeat for all the potatoes. Spray completely with oil then sprinkle with SIDS SALT & PEPPER. Place on an oven tray the roast in the oven to golden brown.
