1 tbsp rice bran oil
2 spring onions
1 garlic clove, minced
300 g turkey mince
30 g parmesan cheese, grated
½ tsp lime zest, grated fine
¼ tsp red chilli, chopped fine (optional)
1 tbsp parsley, chopped
½ tsp thyme, chopped
170 g bacon rashers, halved lengthwise
2 limes, halved


Preheat oven to 200oC.
Heat oil in a small frypan. Add onion and sauté for about 3 minutes. Add garlic & fry another minute then remove from heat, tip into a bowl to cool completely.
Mix together mince, parmesan, zest, chilli, parsley, thyme and SIDS SALT & PEPPER. Roll mixture into 20 g sausages and wrap each in bacon.
Transfer to a lightly greased roasting tray and cook in oven for 9-10 minutes until the bacon starts to colour.
Place on a paper towel covered serving dish and squeeze lime juice over all.
Serve with SIDS TAMARILLO SAUCE for dipping.
