Ingredients
½ cup rice bran oil
4 garlic cloves, crushed & minced
2 cups orange juice, 100% Orange Juice - no sugar added
1 tsp orange zest
1 cup lemon juice
2 tsp ground red pepper flakes
2 tsp ground ginger
8 boneless chicken breasts or chicken thighs
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
2 oranges sliced - do not add until you cook
Directions
In a freezer safe storage bag, add all ingredients except the orange slices, then freeze.
Thaw in the refrigerator overnight then place all ingredients in the slow cooker and add fresh orange slices.
Cook on LOW for 6-8 hours.
Sprinkle with SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste, before serving.
