Ingredients
12 hard-cooked eggs, peeled
½ cup SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO
1½ tsp SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR
1½ tsp Dijon mustard
¼ tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
Dash of Kaitaia Fire (optional)
Paprika to garnish
Directions
Slice eggs in half lengthwise, and carefully remove yolks, keeping egg whites intact.
Grate egg yolks using small holes of a box grater. Mash together yolks, SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO, SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR and SIDS SALT & PEPPER. Add more SIDS SALT & PEPPER or hot sauce, if desired.
Spoon or pipe yolk mixture into egg whites.
