Ingredients
400g cooked shelled & de-veined prawns
1 Cos lettuce, washed & trimmed
3 tbsp SIDS LOW SUGAR RASPBERRY VINAIGRETTE
3 tbsp Tuimato sauce
2 tbsp SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO
2 tsp SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE
1 tsp creamed horseradish
Squeeze of lemon juice
Paprika, for dusting
4 tsp snipped chives
Directions
Mix the SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO, SIDS LOW SUGAR RASPBERRY VINAIGRETTE, Tuimato sauce, SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE and horseradish together. Season to taste with lemon juice and salt and pepper. Place in fridge to thicken up. Break the lettuces into individual leaves, then divide the leaves evenly between 4 small glass bowls.
Sprinkle the prawns over the lettuce and season with black pepper. Spoon the mayo over the prawns, dust the top with a little paprika and sprinkle with chives then serve.
