Ingredients
1 tbsp raw sugar
2 tbsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
1 tbsp red chilli pepper flakes
1 tbsp finely ground coffee
1 tbsp granulated garlic
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp dry mustard
4 thick boneless rib-eye steaks
Directions
Bring the steak to room temperature while you prepare the rub.
Combine SIDS SALT & PEPPER and all the ingredients for the rub. (You will have leftover rub)
Heat the grill over medium-high heat.
Generously rub the spice mixture over the steak.
Add the seasoned steak to the grill and cook for 12 minutes, turning every 15 seconds, until steak reaches 70ºC.
Leave the steak to rest on cutting board for 5 minutes to rise to 72ºC before serving.
