Ingredients
5 sprigs thyme
1 clove garlic, sliced
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
2 tsp chilli sauce
500 ml coke
8 chicken thighs, boneless & skinless
1 cup flour
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp SIDS SMOKEY BBQ RUB
2 cups rice bran oil
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
Directions
In a bowl, combine thyme, garlic, SIDS CRAZY SALT, chilli sauce and coke. Add chicken, then cover and refrigerate for 3 hours.
In a wide dish mix flour, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, SIDS SMOKEY BBQ RUB.
Drain chicken in a sieve.
In a wide frypan, heat oil.
Dredge the chicken in the flour then carefully place in the hot oil for 3 minutes per side.
Remove chicken and drain on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
Season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste and enjoy.
