Ingredients
680 g thick-cut bacon
2 cans Coca-Cola
Pinch of SIDS CRAZY SALT
Directions
Separate the bacon strips and pile them in a baking dish. Pour the Coke over the top of the bacon. Cover, refrigerate, and soak the bacon for 2 hours. Drain off the liquid in preparation for baking.
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line two large rimmed baking trays with baking paper. Lay the bacon strips on the tray close together, (but not overlapping) lightly sprinkle with SIDS CRAZY SALT then bake for approximately 25 minutes, until crisp and caramelized.
