Ingredients
1 kg beef chuck roast, fat trimmed, cut in 1 cm
1 tbsp rice bran oil
1 pkt onion soup mix
3 tbsp chilli powder
1 tbsp ground cumin
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
800 g diced tomatoes, undrained
480 g Tuimato sauce
1 kg chilli beans
3 cups cola
Directions
In a 5 litre saucepan, cook beef 4-6 minutes until browned, stirring frequently. Stir in soup mix, chilli powder, SIDS CRAZY SALT and cumin. Reduce heat to low and cook 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
Stir in remaining ingredients, except toppings and heat to simmering over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cover and cook 40-45 minutes longer until beef is tender, stirring occasionally. Serve chilli with toppings of choice, if desired.
