Ingredients
3 tbsp coriander, finely chopped
1 lime zest and juice
250 g butter, softened
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
Directions
Place the butter into a mixing bowl along with the coriander, lime zest, lime juice and SIDS CRAZY SALT. Mix well.
Spoon the compound butter into a sheet of cling film and gently roll into a log shape.
Set in the fridge for 1 hour.
