Ingredients
100 g tin small shrimp
250 g surimi, chopped
2 tbsp chopped coriander
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR
1 tsp cumin
½ tsp ground or fine chopped lime peel
3 fresh avocados
3 tbsp SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
Directions
Stir SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO, SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR, juices, peel and all spices together in a bowl to mix well. Add surimi and shrimp then toss or stir until well coated.
Cut avocados in half, remove pit, run a spoon around the peel to make it easier to eat. Sprinkle well with lime juice then SIDS CRAZY LEMON.
Load avocados with the salad mixture and enjoy!
