Ingredients
½ cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
2 eggs, beaten
410 g can Wattie's Cream Style Corn
410 g Wattie's Whole Kernel Corn, drained
2 tbsp rice bran oil
SIDS TAMARILLO SAUCE
Directions
Sift flour, baking powder and SIDS CRAZY SALT into a mixing bowl. Add egg then fold in the corn.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan then place spoonfuls of the mixture in the pan to cook for 2-3 minutes. Turn and cook for a further 2-3 minutes until golden.
Serve with a ramekin of SIDS TAMARILLO SAUCE.
