Ingredients

480 g can cream style corn
480 g can chicken stock
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp cornflour
2 tbsp water
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON

Directions

In a saucepan, combine the cream style corn, SIDS CRAZY LEMON and chicken stock. Bring to a boil. In a small bowl or cup, mix together the cornflour and water then pour into the boiling corn soup and continue cooking for about 2 minutes, until thickened. Gradually add the beaten egg while stirring the soup. Remove from heat and serve.
