Ingredients
3 cups cornmeal
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups milk
2 eggs
¼ cup rice bran oil
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
2 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
Directions
Preheat oven to 230°C. Coat a 25 cm cast iron frypan or 20 cm square baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine SIDS SALT & PEPPER and all ingredients, mix well then pour batter into prepared baking pan.
Bake 30-35 minutes, until golden and a wooden toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean. Cut and serve warm, or allow to cool before serving.
