Ingredients

6 litres water
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
3 carrots, fine diced
2 onions, fine diced
1 bouquet garni
100 ml dry white wine

Directions

Put carrots, onions, SIDS CRAZY SALT and bouquet garni in the water and boil. Add wine then reduce to a simmer for 5 minutes.
