Ingredients

20 button mushrooms, cleaned & stems removed
250 g cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded Cheddar, divided
½ cup freshly grated Parmesan
850 g can artichoke hearts, drained & fine chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
400 g crab meat
2 spring onions, sliced
1 tsp SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
Chopped parsley, for garnish

Directions

Preheat oven to 200°C. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar, Parmesan, artichoke hearts, garlic, crab, spring onions and SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE. Season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER and stir until fully combined.
Stuff mushrooms with mixture and transfer to a small baking sheet.
Bake until mushrooms are cooked and mixture is warmed through, 25 minutes. Broil if desired.
Garnish with parsley and serve.
