Ingredients
500 g imitation crab meat or surimi
¾ cup Best Foods Mayonnaise
3 stalks celery, chopped
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
5 tbsp finely chopped shallot
1 carrot, shredded
SIDS LOW SUGAR RASPBERRY VINEGAR
Directions
Shred imitation crab meat into bite sized pieces or smaller. Combine with salad dressing, celery, SIDS CRAZY LEMON, shallots and carrot. Chill for 1 hour then slice 2 avocados in half, remove the pips then dollop some salad in place of the pip.
Sprinkle with SIDS LOW SUGAR RASPBERRY VINEGAR then serve.
