Ingredients
500 g crab meat or surimi
1 baguette
2 cups mozzarella cheese
500 g mushrooms
¼ cup spring onions
110 g cream cheese softened at room temperature
⅔ cup Best Foods mayonnaise
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
Directions
Slice the baguette into thin, even-sized pieces.
Dice the crab meat, spring onions, mushrooms and toss them into a mixing bowl with the grated mozzarella cheese. Add in SIDS SALT & PEPPER, cream cheese, mayonnaise and stir until well-combined.
Apply a spoonful of the crab mixture on top of each piece of sliced bread. Toast the canapés under a low grill until they are golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly. (about 7 minutes)
Serve immediately.
