Ingredients
2 large eggs, beaten
½ cup Best Foods mayonnaise
½ cup whole milk
2 tbsp flour
½ tsp SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
½ tsp sriracha sauce
1 cup grated cheese
170 g lump crab meat (or surimi, torn into small pieces)
4 whole spring onions, diced
Directions
Preheat oven to 175°C. Coat a 24 slot MINI muffin tin generously with non-stick spray.
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, mayonnaise, milk, flour, SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE, SIDS SALT & PEPPER, and sriracha. Stir in the cheese, crab, and spring onions.
Evenly distribute the mixture among the slots. (I like to use a tablespoon)
Bake until edges are puffed and a knife inserted in the centre comes out clean, about 30 - 35 minutes. (If you notice the edges are browning too quickly, tent with foil)
Let stand 10 minutes, then remove from the muffin tins and enjoy.
