Ingredients

170 g cream cheese at room temperature
1 clove garlic
1 spring onion
1 tsp SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE
½ tsp salt
1 dash lemon juice
170 g crab meat
12 egg roll wrappers
2 cups rice bran oil
SIDS TAMARILLO SAUCE for dipping

Directions

In large mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, garlic, onion, SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE, salt and lemon juice until thoroughly combined. Stir in crab until mixed completely through.
Place two tablespoons of crab mixture on each egg roll wrapper and roll up.(end over, sides over then roll up.)
Fry rolls in 2 cups of hot oil on medium-high heat for approximately 2-3 minutes per roll.
Drain and serve with a ramekin of SIDS TAMARILLO SAUCE.
