Ingredients
120 g cream cheese, softened
½ cup sour cream
1 small clove garlic, minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
120 g surimi, finely chopped
1 spring onion, sliced
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
500 g white button mushrooms, stems removed
Directions
Preheat oven to 175˚C. Line a baking tray with baking paper or foil for easy cleanup.
In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, garlic and Italian seasoning. Taste and add SIDS SALT & PEPPER if desired. Stir in crab meat, spring onion and mozzarella cheese.
Divide filling evenly among mushroom caps. Place on the baking sheet 2 cm apart.
Bake 20-30 minutes until filling is hot and bubbly.
