Ingredients
2 x 250 g venison steaks
4 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
1 tbsp butter
Directions
Season venison steaks with SIDS CRAZY SALT and liberally with SIDS SALT & PEPPER.
Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat then skim off solids (the 'milky' substance that forms) and discard. Transfer butter to a large frypan over high heat.
Sauté venison steaks in the frypan for about 3 minutes each side, then reduce heat to medium and cook for about 10 minutes each side for rare steaks, 15 minutes each side for medium. Remove from heat and let stand for 2-3 minutes before slicing into long strips. Serve immediately.
