Ingredients
6 medium (20 cm) tortillas
250 g cream cheese, room temperature
2 tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT, divided
2 tbsp butter
Directions
Divided equally, spread the cream cheese evenly over the tops of the tortillas.
Sprinkle each with SIDS CRAZY SALT, roll up and cut into 2 cm bites. (I cut off the ends and cut the remaining into 6 pieces for a total of 36 bites)
In a large frying pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add the bites and cook for 1-2 minutes, until golden brown. Flip and repeat with the opposite side.
Serve warm.
