Ingredients

2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp rice bran oil
8 cloves of garlic, minced
225 g whole baby mushrooms
⅓ cup heavy cream
2 tbsp cream cheese, softened
⅓ cup grated parmesan cheese
¼ tsp onion powder
¾ tsp dried oregano
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
Fresh parsley, to garnish

Directions

Clean the mushrooms with a soft brush.
Melt butter and oil in a frypan over medium heat. Add mushrooms and cook until browned, around 5-7 minutes.
Add garlic, cream, cream cheese, parmesan, onion powder and oregano then cook for 5-10 minutes, until sauce is thick and creamy. Season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
