Ingredients
500 g shrimp
500 g linguine
2 tbsp butter
3 garlic cloves
¼ cup lemon juice
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
½ cup dry white wine
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
½ cup heavy whipping cream
Directions
Cook pasta to al denté as per package instructions.
Melt butter in a frypan, add pressed garlic and cook for about a minute.
Add shrimp. If they're not cooked, cook until shrimp turns pink. Add in lemon juice, SIDS CRAZY LEMON and wine then bring it to a simmer.
Stir fettuccine into the mix, add Parmesan and stir to combine together. Add heavy whipping cream and bring to a simmer. Immediately remove the scampi from heat.
Season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER if needed, garnish with herbs and serve right away.
