Ingredients

1 dozen NZ green lipped mussels
½ cup SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO
¼ cup chilli garlic sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp mirin
2 sliced spring onions
Sesame seeds
Breadcrumbs

Directions

Drain and remove all the mussel meat from the shells & cut with kitchen shears into bite sized pieces.
Place mussel meat back in bowl & line a baking tray with aluminum foil to place your shells on.
Mix SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO, chilli garlic sauce, soy and mirin into the bowl of meat.
Scoop a nice amount of mussels into each shell. Top with breadcrumbs & grill on HIGH for 6-8 minutes until bubbly & brown.
Once they are to your liking, take them out & garnish with spring onions and a little sprinkle of sesame seeds.
