Ingredients
2 kg chicken thighs
2 tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
1 tsp New York Cut pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp fresh parsley, to garnish
Directions
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Pat dry the chicken thighs with a paper towel.
Season the chicken with SIDS CRAZY SALT, pepper, paprika then place in an oven safe pan.
Bake in oven for about 25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 75°C. Toward the end of cooking, drain some of the juice from the pan to make the thighs extra crispy.
Garnish with your favourite herbs and serve immediately.
