These crock-pot pork chops are cooked in onion and mushroom broth, resulting in tender and fabulous chops with very little effort.

Ingredients

2 kg pork chops, thick with bone-in
¼ cup flour
1 tbsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
3 tbsp olive oil
1 large onion, sliced
500 g mushrooms, sliced
3 cups vegetable stock

Directions

In a large plate, combine flour, SIDS SALT & PEPPER. Coat pork on all sides with the flour mixture.
Preheat a pan with 1 tbsp of oil on medium high heat. Brown all sides of pork chops. Place them into a crock pot.
Pork chops browned in a cooking pan.
In the same pan, heat 1 tbsp of oil, then sauté sliced onion and cook until golden brown. Add onions to the pork chops.
Add more oil to the same pan. When hot, add sliced mushrooms and cook until lightly brown. Place mushrooms in the crock pot. Pour stock and cook on LOW for 6 hours.
Taste and adjust seasoning before serving, enjoy!
