SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
1 cup raw bush honey
½ cup soy sauce
¼ cup Tuimato sauce
1 tbsp rice bran oil
2 garlic cloves minced
¼ tsp red pepper flakes
½ cup diced onion
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
¼ cup Bourbon
1-2 tbsp cornflour

Directions

SIDS SALT & PEPPER the chicken and place in a 4 lt-sized freezer bag.
In a medium bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, Tuimato sauce, oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, onion, SIDS CRAZY SALT and bourbon then add to bag. Zip close and shake gently then freeze.
When ready to use, thaw in fridge overnight. Empty contents into crock-pot and cook on LOW for 3-4 hours, remove chicken then slice into strips.
Combine cornflour with 1 tbsp water. Pour into crock pot & mix. If sauce doesn't thicken, add one more tbsp of cornflour and water. Place chicken back in crock pot and stir around to coat.
