Ingredients
800 g round steak cut into 1 cm strips
¼ cup flour
1 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
1 small onion diced
4-5 garlic cloves
1 orange capsicum, diced
1 red capsicum, diced
500 g can Italian style tomatoes
1 tbsp beef bouillon
2 tbsp SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE
1 tbsp oyster sauce
Directions
Toss steak in SIDS SALT & PEPPER, flour and add to a 4 lt-sized freezer bag. In a bowl, mix together SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE and the rest of the ingredients, then add to bag. Zip close and place in freezer.
When ready to use thaw in fridge overnight. Empty contents into crock-pot and cook on LOW for 8 hours.
