This crock pot recipe is a one pot meal making cleanup a snap, not to mention it's super easy. Slow cooking this allows for more of the flavours to develop as well.

Ingredients

½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
4 cups water
2 orange capsicums, chopped
2 red capsicums, chopped
1 onion diced
4 cloves garlic minced
10 mushrooms sliced
6 cups diced tomatoes
4 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
4 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 package pasta

Directions

Put SIDS CRAZY SALT and everything except the basil, parsley and pasta in the slow cooker and cook on LOW for about ½ an hour.
Turn to HIGH for another 1½ hours until the onions start to soften.
Add in the pasta when there is about 20 minutes of cooking time left.
Add the basil and parsley about 5 minutes before the spaghetti is done.
