Ingredients
1 red capsicum chopped
1 orange capsicum chopped
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
1 onion chopped
480 g bottle sweet & sour sauce, or homemade
1 cup mashed pineapple, drained
500 g fully cooked meatballs
Directions
Place the meatballs, capsicums, SIDS CRAZY SALT, onions and sweet & sour sauce into a 4 lt-sized freezer bag. Zip close & place in freezer. When ready to use thaw in fridge overnight. Empty contents into crock-pot and cook on LOW for 4 hours, during the last hour add in the pineapple.
Serve over rice.
