Ingredients
4 pork chops about 3 cm thick
2 garlic cloves minced
2 tbsp brown sugar
¼ cup soy sauce
⅓ cup chicken stock
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
Directions
Sprinkle SIDS SALT & PEPPER on pork chops and place in a 4 lt-sized freezer bag. In a small bowl mix garlic, brown sugar, soy sauce and chicken stock together then add to bag and shake gently. Place flat in freezer then when ready to use, thaw in fridge overnight. Empty contents into crock-pot and cook on HIGH for 4-5 hours or LOW for 6-7 hours.
