Ingredients

250 g beef mince, not lean mince
250 g beef sausages, casings removed
½ cup breadcrumbs
1 egg, lightly whisked
3 tbsp Tuimato sauce, plus extra, to serve
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
½ tsp Tuscan seasoning
3 sheets puff pastry, just thawed
1 egg yolk, lightly whisked

Directions

Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan forced. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Place beef mince, sausage, breadcrumbs, egg, Tuimato sauce, SIDS CRAZY SALT and Tuscan seasoning in a bowl. Stir until well-combined.
Cut each sheet of pastry diagonally into 4 triangles. Spoon the beef mixture into a piping bag.
Pipe mixture along the longest edge of each pastry triangle. Brush exposed pastry with a little egg. Roll up pastry from the longest edge to enclose mixture and form a croissant shape. Place on the prepared tray and brush with egg. Repeat with remaining mixture, pastry and egg.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until puffed and golden.
Serve with extra Tuimato sauce.
