Ingredients

10 large eggs
¾ cup milk
1 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
MIX-INS:--
2 cups coarsely chopped baby spinach
1 medium Zucchini chopped in bite-sized pieces
1 cup finely grated cheese
¼ cup finely chopped chives
2 cups whole cherry tomatoes

Directions

Preheat the oven to 190°C and grease a 23 x 33 cm baking dish with a bit of oil.
In a large mixing bowl combine eggs, milk, SIDS SALT & PEPPER. Using an electric beater, beat the eggs until frothy.
Whisk in the chopped spinach, zucchini, chives and cheese. Add the whole cherry tomatoes then gently fold.
Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and bake for 40-45 minutes until golden and crusty or until a knife inserted in the centre comes out clean.
Garnish with chopped chives on top and serve immediately.
