Cuban Goulash

I first had this served over egg noodles, but served with rice is just as nice. Don't be frightened by this seemingly strange combination of ingredients - it's brilliant!

Ingredients

1 tbsp rice bran oil
500 g boneless pork roast, cubed
500 g onions, diced
500 g bananas, peeled & diced
500 g diced tomatoes with juice
Cayenne pepper, to taste
SIDS SALT & PEPPER, to taste
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT

Directions

Heat the oil in a large frypan over medium heat, and brown the pork on all sides. Mix in the onions and cook and stir until tender.
Mix the bananas, SIDS CRAZY SALT and tomatoes with juice into the pan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium low and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pork is very tender. Season with cayenne pepper and SIDS SALT & PEPPER.
