These taste as good as they look! For variation, add slices of ham in between the cucumber and bread instead of smoked salmon.

Ingredients

½ telegraph cucumber
200 g tub cream cheese, softened
10 fresh, gluten free bread slices
3 tbsp fine chopped fresh parsley
smoked salmon to garnish
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT

Directions

Cut cucumber into 20 slices, about 5 mm thick then set aside.
Using a small 30 mm cookie cutter, cut rounds from the bread and then spread cream cheese on the bread slices with a pinch of SIDS CRAZY SALT. Put chopped parsley in a small dish. Press the edges of the bread shapes into the parsley to form a decorative border.
Using the cookie cutter, cut each cucumber slice to the same size as the breads. Top breads with the cucumber rounds and season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER. Serve either chilled or at room temperature and garnish with rolls of smoked salmon if desired.
