Ingredients
½ cucumber, peeled & cut in small chunks
3 spring onions, trim off roots
250 g block cream cheese, softened
1 tsp SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE
⅛ tsp salt
Directions
Place spring onion in a food processor. Add cucumber, cover and process until coarsely chopped. Add cream cheese, SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE and salt. Cover and process until smooth. Transfer to a medium bowl.
Cover and refrigerate overnight for flavours to blend. Please don’t skip this step and try to eat it right away - trust me, it makes a big difference in flavour when you let it hang out overnight.
