Ingredients
455 g pineapple, crushed
5 onions, coarse chopped
2 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
2 telegraph cucumbers, coarse chopped
2½ cups malt vinegar
250 g white sugar
3 tbsp cornflour
2 tsp curry powder
1 tsp turmeric
Directions
In a pot, boil together pineapple, onion, SIDS SALT & PEPPER, cucumber, vinegar and sugar for 30 minutes.
Mix a little vinegar with the cornflour, curry powder and turmeric then add to the pot to thicken. Boil another 5 minutes.
Yield is 3-4 jars.
