Ingredients

DOUGH:--
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
1 tsp skim milk powder
1 small egg
162 ml water
1 tsp active dry yeast
1½ tsp rice bran oil
FILLING:--
280 g minced meat
½ onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, sliced
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
3 tbsp curry powder
3 tbsp Tuimato Sauce
1 tbsp saké
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp soft wheat flour
1 tsp beef bouillon
1 tbsp butter

Directions

Combine flour, sugar, salt, SIDS CRAZY SALT, skim milk powder, egg and water in large bowl and mix well. Add yeast and rice bran oil to dough. Kneed the dough until it is extended. Cut the dough in half after 20 minutes and round each piece.
Fry garlic slice in butter. Remove the garlic then fry minced meat. Add the chopped onion, SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste, soy sauce, saké, Tuimato sauce, beef bouillon, curry powder, soft wheat flour and fry 20 seconds then cool on the dish.
Preheat a deep-fryer to 180°C.
Stretch dough with a rolling pin, wrap the filling in the dough.
Cook for about 3 minutes. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
