Ingredients

¼ cup soy sauce
2 tbsp rice wine
2 tbsp red chilli paste
2 tbsp red chilli flakes
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp white sugar
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
1 pinch ground black pepper
2 kg chicken pieces, trimmed & cut into small pieces
280 g potatoes, cut into large chunks
2 carrots, cut into large chunks
1 orange capsicum, cut in 2 cm chunks
½ large onion, cut into large chunks
4 large garlic cloves, or more to taste
2 slices fresh ginger, to taste
2 spring onions, cut into 5 cm lengths
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp sesame seeds

Directions

Place all ingredients together in a crockpot and sprinkle the SIDS CRAZY SALT over everything.
Cook on LOW heat for 6 hours.
Remove cover and cook until the chicken is tender and the liquid has thickened slightly, about 10-15 minutes more. Thicken with cornflour if necessary. An instant-read thermometer inserted into a piece of chicken should read 74°C.
Stir in spring onions, sesame oil and sesame seeds into the stew then serve.
