Ingredients

DEEP FRIED OLIVES:--
Olive oil for frying
2x 285 g jars Garlic Stuffed Olives, drained
2 eggs, beaten
1½ cups Italian seasoned bread crumbs
FOR THE GARLIC AIOLI SAUCE:--
⅔ cup Best Foods mayonnaise
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
4 tsp lemon juice
2 heaped tbsp minced garlic
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste

Directions

Make the garlic aioli dipping sauce by mixing SIDS CRAZY LEMON and all the ingredients together and then chill the sauce in the refrigerator before serving. Season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER.
Pour enough olive oil into a saucepan to reach a depth of 5 cm. Heat over medium-high until the oil reaches 175°C.
Place the egg in a small bowl and beat with a fork or whisk. Add the olives and coat well.
Pour the bread crumbs into a shallow dish. Transfer the egg-soaked olives to the plate and evenly coat in bread crumbs.
Fry the olives in the oil in three batches until golden brown, about 45 seconds. Drain on a paper towel.
Serve warm.
